About

I'm Sharik — an Executive Creative Director who's spent 13 years building campaigns that earn their place in culture. From pan-masala briefs to interactive journalism that walked away with Lions at Cannes — I've written for every market, and the intent has always been the same: find the truest idea in the brief, then back it all the way.

Currently leading creative at FCB India (now McCann). Before that — Leo Burnett, Dentsu, Autumn Grey. Each move deliberate. Each chapter better than the last.

I write. I direct. I lead teams that do both. My best work has always come from rooms where everyone's pushing — and I've spent years making sure I'm the kind of creative who makes those rooms better, not harder.

Open to senior creative leadership, brand consultancy, and briefs with ambition behind them.
